Crème fraîche is cream that has been fermented with lactic cultures and has a texture like that of yogurt or sour cream. This decadent ingredient can be used to swirl in soup, added to quiche or scrambled eggs, used as a dip for fresh fruit, dolloped on a slice of pie, as a topping on tacos, a sauce on pizza... the options are seriously endless!
