Sesame Za'tar Chocolate Bar

Bronze medal winner of the International Chocolate Awards, 2019 Canadian Competition.

Lebanese tahini blended into 70% dark chocolate and then sprinkled with sesame seeds and flavoured with the wonderful za’atar spice blend from The Humble Herb. Local, organic herbs and foraged sumac – divine.

This is a rich, complex bar – wonderful on its own but also a great addition to cheese plates and charcuterie boards.

Handcrafted by the chocolate master herself, Angela at Centre & Main Chocolate creates unique and award-winning small-batch chocolate at her gallery in Warkworth. Her chocolate has earned national and international recognition, putting small town Warkworth on the map for her tantalizing and complex creations.

Made in a studio that uses dairy, wheat, and nuts.
