Rhubarb & Citrus Peel Soda 355ml

This one is a weird one (and we mean that in the best way possible)! Imagine full-bodied, tangy rhubarb, plus all the pithiness from the peels and boom - you’ve got the best “grapefruit” drink this side of the equator. When we juice the lemons and limes for the other flavours we save back all the peels for this soda so that we can “use all parts of the fruits” and not unnecessarily add waste to the world. Mix with: Citrus forward gins.

INGREDIENTS: carbonated water, rhubarb, fair trade sugar, citrus peel, citric acid

Unique and delicious farm-to-glass soda made in Napanee, ON. 50% less sugar than other leading brands. Flavoured with locally grown Ontario fruits, sweetened with fair trade cane sugar, all natural and preservative free. Gluten-free and vegan.

The County Bounty began in 2016 as a woman-run organic vegetable farm that quickly found it's footing in the farm-to-table drinks space. The drinks came about serendipitously as her and her farm friends tried to manage the surplus of fruits and herbs found in the area. It was important to Dodie to cut the sugar to the bear minimum in her drinks, and keep the freshest Ontario flavours possible. Although no longer farming, she is sourcing her ingredients from Ontario producers as much as possible, and has given rise to the tastiest treat this side of the great lakes.

The County Bounty's mission is to support local farmers and the local economy as much as possible, and to preserve local food traditions. They value flavour, paying a fair price for produce and supporting farmers, and connecting people to the local farm community.
