Jolly Cut Tonic Syrup is great for both gin & tonics and non-alcoholic drinks. Staghorn Sumac flowers are those pretty red cones you see around Ontario in the fall. They have a distinct, tart, lemony flavour. This organic syrup has been crafted from foraged sumac with a hint of cranberry. Swap it out for regular simple syrup in cocktails or mix it with soda for a refreshing non-alcoholic sipper. It makes a heck of a Cosmo, too!
