This one-of-a-kind, award winning cheese is a testament to Rang 9's ingenuity. Hand-rolled and crafted to resemble a log, Le Ballot is truly a product of the land. Its name (which is French for ‘hay bale’) immediately calls to mind the fresh outdoors and enormous hay bales scattering farmland, and our connection to nature. 

Semi-soft, lined with a layer of vegetable ash. Woodsy and vegetable aroma.

Especially lovely when placed atop an arugula salad, mixed with walnuts and cranberries. Crack open a beer, and invite the gang over!
