Fermented Carrot Caraway Sauerkraut
Full of probiotics, fermented foods are the oldest form of food preservation (This method has been used for over thousands of years!). Simple ingredients, healthy for you, and tasty too! We like to make ours the tradition way (wild natural fermented). Try it on your salads, sandwiches, rice dishes, and/or with meats and cheeses!
Ingredients: Ontario cabbage, Ontario carrots, caraway, sea salt.
