The aroma of the interior is mild with a slight natural sweet nutty note. This cheese leaves a lingering creaminess on the palate.

Swiss tastes excellent in sandwiches or on a cheese platter or charcuterie board, melts well for grilled cheese sandwiches, and pairs great with red wines.

Ingredients: Unpasteurized milk, salt, rennet, bacterial culture.
