Maple Whisky - Cultured Butter Compound

We put a Canadian spin on a British classic by pairing Gibson’s Finest Canadian Whisky that is aged 12 Years with the ubiquitous sweetness of Sandy Flat Sugar Bush maple sugar. Not overpowering, this butter is lovely to use on steak, fruit cake, pancakes, dinner rolls, and sweet breads.
