Strawberry Basil Sauce

This is our one and only batch of Strawberry Basil Sauce, made with strawberries from Kelly's Strawberries and fresh basil from our own garden.

This syrupy sweet sauce has chunks of berry goodness and tge perfect amount of basil speckled throughout.

Spoon over pancakes, waffles, and ice cream. Stir into oatmeal and yogurt. Glaze poultry, fish or meat near the end of cooking. Add to salad dressings. Use in cocktails or mocktails.

Ingredients: Strawberries, Cane Sugar, Pectin, Basil, Lime Juice.
