Smoked Tomato Sauce
Chef Chris Wylie was looking for an alternative to the classic hollandaise sauce: a vegan-friendly option that was healthier and didn’t have to be thrown out at the end of service each day.
In comes his smoked tomato sauce. The perfect condiment to add a few dollops to you morning eggs, drizzle on a pizza, or stir into you pasta sauce to add another layer of flavour.
Prepared just up the road at OAFVC in Colborne.
