Charger Foods is a First Nations owned gourmet food company that specializes in artisanal hot sauces and salad dressings. Owner, Charles Catchpole, is an Anishinaabe Chef and Entrepreneur from Couchiching First Nation.

Jalapeno Elixir - Jalapeno Elixir is a refreshing hot sauce blended with coriander and a little sugar for a citrus like taste. Great with fish, huevos rancheros, and tacos.

Green Tea Thai Chili - This Asian-inspired Thai chile hot sauce is made with green tea, fresh ginger and cucumbers. Enhances any Asian and Thai dishes. Or try it with your grilled cheese!

Gishiday Hot Sauce - Gishiday is a tomato based hot sauce made with Red Savina Habaneros and is a must try for those who love an intense heat without losing flavour. The word Gishiday is the Ojibway word for HOT.

Glamorous Garlic - This sauce is ultra-garlicky and made with five different hot peppers. If you like garlic and plenty of heat, Glamourous Garlic is the perfect marinade for your chicken or steak. Add to a bowl of tomato soup or to roasted potatoes.
