Lesley Stowe is a Parisian-trained chef, culinary pioneer, and cookbook author who started her fine foods business in Vancouver, BC over 25 years ago. Her Raincoast Crisps have been featured on Oprah's O List and Martha Stewart Magazine.
Although her business doesn't fit our typical requirements for stocking on our shelves, we have made them the exception. We have a lot of people asking for crackers, we know that they are delicious, and they are baked in small-batches with only the highest quality ingredients.
