Cultured Butter - Smoky Caraway 150g

I made this butter in memory of my dad.

A few things that him and I really enjoyed together was late-night snack plates of salted soda crackers and sliced caraway Havarti and lunches of smoked meat sandwiches on rye.

The caraway seeds have not been toasted in this one, making it the perfect butter for grilled sandwiches, pan-fried pork chops, roasted potatoes, and under the skin of poultry.
