The fields of Popham Lane Farms are located just on the edge of Lake Ontario. Using innovative techniques to plant and raise their bushes, they grow the tastiest blackcurrants around! After the harvest, Angela freeze dries the berries, grinds them and blends them into her 70% dark chocolate. It’s a wonder!

Handcrafted by the chocolate master herself, Angela at Centre & Main Chocolate creates unique and award-winning small-batch chocolate at her gallery in Warkworth. Her chocolate has earned national and international recognition, putting small town Warkworth on the map for her tantalizing and complex creations.
Made in a studio that uses dairy, wheat, and nuts.
